IMPORTANT NOTICE
On October 8, 2024, Honeywell announced its plan to spin off its Advanced Materials business into an independent U.S. publicly traded company, Solstice Advanced Materials, Inc., targeted for completion in the fourth quarter 2025.
As part of this process, Honeywell and/or its affiliates intend to assign certain contracts to which your company is party that relate to the portion of the business subject to the spin-off. You will need to set up Solstice as a vendor in your systems.
