EDTA Salts
Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) is an aminopolycarboxylic acid and is produced as several salts, notably disodium EDTA.
It is widely used as a chelating agent in aqueous solutions to bind iron and calcium ions. In industry it is used as a detergent, fertilizers, water cleaner and as a pH modifier.
