Jason Clifford
Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Jason Clifford serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Solstice Advanced Materials, leading the company’s global people strategy. In this role, Jason oversees all aspects of talent management, organizational culture, employee engagement, workforce development, and leadership effectiveness.
Prior to Solstice, Jason served as Vice President, Human Resources – Global Operations and Technology and Regional HR Leader at Analog Devices, a global semiconductor company, from 2023 to 2025.
Before his time at Analog Devices, Jason spent 17 years at Honeywell across multiple business groups and global Human Resources roles, including serving as Vice President, Human Resources and Communications, for Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT), and Vice President, Human Resources and Communications, for Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT). Earlier in his career, he also held Human Resources leadership roles at PepsiCo, DuPont, and Aramark.
Jason earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations and an MBA with distinction, both from Cornell University.
