Wylie Clark
Chief Development Officer
Wylie Clark serves as Chief Development Officer for Solstice Advanced Materials, where he leads corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Wylie joined Honeywell in 2012 and has served in various finance, strategy, and M&A leadership roles across the company’s Energy and Sustainability Solutions (ESS), UOP, and Advanced Materials businesses. Most recently, he served as Vice President of M&A for Honeywell’s ESS business, where he was responsible for executing more than $6 billion in strategic acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Wylie worked for an independent investment bank focused on capital raising and M&A for emerging market energy companies.
Wylie earned a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Johns Hopkins University and a master’s degree in European and Eurasian studies from George Washington University.
