Rajeev Aggarwal
Chief Integrated Supply Chain Officer
Rajeev Aggarwal serves as Chief Integrated Supply Chain Officer for Solstice Advanced Materials where he is leading end-to-end supply chain. Rajeev is a seasoned Supply Chain Executive with a distinguished career spanning three decades across global organizations and diverse industries. He has consistently delivered transformative results in procurement, supply chain planning, logistics and manufacturing, Rajeev has built a track record of delivering superior results in complex, fast paced, and competitive environments.
Rajeev first joined Honeywell in 2007 as Strategic Sourcing Director for Honeywell Process Solutions and subsequently led progressively larger roles in supply chain and procurement in Honeywell including VP/Chief Procurement Officer and VP/Supply Chain Planning & Logistics for Performance Materials & Technologies; and VP Integrated Supply Chain for Honeywell Smart Energy. Rajeev also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Harbison Walker in 2021.
After briefly leaving the organization to lead Procurement for Arxada (a specialty chemical spin-off, a Bain Capital and Cinven Capital portfolio company), from 2021 to 2023—Rajeev returned to Honeywell to serve as Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer for Performance and Materials Technologies and subsequently for Energy & Sustainability Solutions, where he led supply chain resilience and improved cost competitiveness.
Prior to Honeywell, Rajeev has worked for General Motors, KPMG Consulting, Satyam Computers, and Visteon.
Rajeev earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering at Gujarat University and an MBA from Symbiosis International University. He also completed the Honeywell Executive Development Program in 2019.
