Brian Rudick
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Solstice
Brian is responsible for leading Solstice’s global legal, government relations, health, safety and environment, and security teams.
Previously, Brian served as a member of Honeywell’s Law Dept for 20 years where he served in positions of increasing responsibility including serving as Vice President and General Counsel of three of Honeywell’s reportable segments, co-leader of Honeywell’s IP Enforcement Center of Excellence, and chaired Honeywell’s Global Pro Bono Program, which he founded in 2020.
In addition to legal roles, Brian also led two business while at Honeywell and served on the Board of Directors of Honeywell’s publicly listed India subsidiary, Honeywell Automation India Limited.
Brian began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert N.C. Nix, Jr., Chief Justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and then worked at K&L Gates before joining Honeywell.
He holds a bachelor's degree from Penn State University and a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
