Jeff Dormo
Senior Vice President and General Manager, Refrigerants & Applied Solutions
Jeff Dormo serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Refrigerants & Applied Solutions (RAS) business within Solstice Advanced Materials. He has a significant breadth of experience in the chemicals and specialty materials industry and is focused on driving business growth, operational excellence, and strengthening customer relationships across global markets.
Jeff previously served as President of Honeywell Sustainability and Decarbonization, a business unit specializing in the development and manufacturing of high-performance fluorine products. During his eight-plus years at Honeywell, Jeff held roles with increasing responsibility across the Fluorine Products and the Electronic and Chemicals business units, as well as the Digital Transformation and Customer Experience functions.
Prior to Honeywell, Jeff spent more than a decade at Dow Chemical in various leadership positions, most recently as Business Director. He also spent several years as an Electrical Engineering Instructor with the United States Naval Academy.
Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the United States Naval Academy, a master’s in electrical engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA in finance from Harvard Business School.
